shopping shop shoppers
Although most folks go to the store to shop, this gent had something else in mind. He apparently also isn’t aware of this “new” tool stores use called “security videos.” As reported by clickorlando.com (wkmg):

From the start of the security video, it is obvious the man on the video does not want to get caught doing something very wrong. He is seen looking around, lowering his hand and then hiding behind a rack of clothes.

A woman walks past, unaware of what he was doing. Then, he steps into view of the camera, and it becomes obvious what was going on.

It’s not uncommon for arrestees to give the police someone else’s name. It is uncommon for someone to try to pin a rap on his brother.  As reported by North Country Now (Potsdam, NY):

A Hannawa Falls man was jailed for felony driving while intoxicated and forgery following a traffic stop Nov. 30 on State Highway 56 in which he claimed to be his brother, Jason Capone, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Aaron Capone, 36, was charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree forgery, first-degree offering a false instrument, and second-degree criminal impersonation, officers said.

fight
Now this is one dad you would think would espouse the idea of letting a kid fight his own battles.  If he does subscribe to that, he’s flexible, based on how his kid is doing! As reported by wkmb (Orlando, Florida):

New video released shows a father encouraging his son to fight another teen, then joining in on the fight when his son starts to lose, police said.

The video was obtained by Satellite Beach police after it was shot by teens who witnessed the Nov. 22 fight of SR-A1A.

FRG3plate
It’s not too hard to figure out who the owner of this vehicle roots for. It’s a little harder to figure out why someone who came across this plate decided to take it to another level. As reported in The Washington Post:

The above license plate was tweeted to Dan yesterday by an eagle-eyed reader who took exception to its meaning. While there are many possible explanations for what the “F” stands for, the Cowboys sticker on the car indicates that the real answer is one I can’t write here.

The person who tweeted the photo also copied the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles’ Twitter feed. The DMV is on top of its social media, and has vowed to look into it.

It’s a big country. And if you live in or near a major metropolitan area, you may forget about places like Newcastle, Wyoming. Now the folks there may be very nice, but if this is any indication, they’re not very open-minded. Check out this law:

Sec. 17-14. – Obscenity—Public appearance in nude; dress not belonging to sex of wearer; indecent exposure; lewd or indecent behavior.

It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any public place in the city in a state of nudity or in dress not belonging to the sex of such person or in an indecent or lewd dress or to make any indecent exposure of his person or to commit any lewd or indecent act or behavior.

mcdonald's sign mcdonalds
Having looked at strange law-related stories, day after day, for years, there’s no denying that a fair number of people are nuts about McDonald’s. To The Juice anyway, it remains one of life’s unexplained phenomena. Here’s yet another example, as reported by clickondetroit.com:

Police in Tennessee say a woman ran over her boyfriend three times after he refused to go to McDonald’s with her.

Crystal Greer Brooks, 33, of Kingsport was apparently upset that her boyfriend wanted to eat at a different restaurant, police told the Kingsport Times-News.

It’s a safe bet that nobody will be trick-or-treating at this man’s house for a long time. As reported at mynews13.com:

Children trick-or-treating Thursday night in a Deltona neighborhood got a rude surprise when Volusia County deputies said a 63-year-old man answered the door in a robe that exposed his genitals.

Call the cops!

driving texting eating
Doing any one of these things and driving is stupid. Doing all three at the same time? Idiotic. As reported by BeeNews.com (Western New York):

An Orchard Park man was charged with DWI after patrol responded to an accident in a Union Road lot.

While speaking to the subject, the officer smelled alcohol, and the man said, “Yeah I hit him. I was eating a chicken wing and texting.” His blood alcohol content was .11 percent.

po box post office boxes
Yeah, like the post office is going to grant access to a post office box to someone other than the person renting the box. Well, there’s one woman out there who thinks that should be the case. No doubt she would feel otherwise if someone wanted access to her post office box. As reported at nj.com:

A postal customer who was refused access to someone else’s post office box physically assaulted the postal employee who refused her, police said.

Yes, that’s certain to engender cooperation.

pets key chains live china
Different strokes, right? But you have just have to wonder how someone could think that  this (1) is okay morally (2) looks cool, and (3) will not send you straight to hell. As reported at vegfriends.com:

Yummypets revolts against this new fashion jewelry in China: live animals in a plastic sealed bag containing a liquid with nutrient and oxygen that allows them to live up to 2 months.

Yummypets has signed the petition and encourage you to do the same so that the UN requires the Chinese government to ban the manufacture and sale of amulets and jewelry containing live animals.
